riblox Terms of Use
These terms set out the conditions under which you can access and use riblox. Our platform operates only where local law permits. Before opening an account, you must understand and agree to the rules we have established—how accounts work, how deposits and withdrawals function, what happens if a dispute arises, and the jurisdiction that governs our relationship with you.
We have written these terms in plain language rather than dense legal jargon. We support deposits via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and bank virtual accounts (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet). When you deposit, your funds are credited to your account balance after the payment provider confirms the transaction. This typically happens within moments for e-wallets and a few hours for bank transfers, depending on your bank's processing speed.
Your balance is held in segregated accounts and never commingled with our operational funds. You retain full ownership of your balance at all times. Withdrawals are processed back to your original deposit source. If you deposited via mobile banking, your withdrawal goes to local payment. If you used a online payment virtual account, funds return to e-wallet. We do not permit withdrawals to different accounts for security reasons.
Withdrawal requests are subject to verification. Account suspension and termination
We may suspend your account without notice if we believe you are violating these terms, engaging in fraud, or breaching local law. Suspension means you cannot deposit, withdraw, or place new bets, but your balance remains in your account pending resolution. If we determine the violation is confirmed, we may close your account permanently and, if required by law, forfeit your balance.
You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. We will process your withdrawal of any remaining balance within the standard timeframe. If your account is closed, you may not reopen it under the same details for at least six months.
Limitation of liability on riblox
We provide riblox on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service; internet outages, payment provider delays, or system maintenance may temporarily prevent access. We are not liable for losses resulting from such interruptions unless they exceed twenty-four hours and are caused by our negligence.
We are not liable for losses from third-party payment providers (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, your bank) or from lost passwords, unauthorised access (unless we failed to respond to your fraud report), or your own betting decisions. We are liable only for direct damages caused by our own breach of these terms, up to your account balance at the time of the breach.
